The Carolina Holiday Lights Spectacular (hereinafter called the “Show Management”) produced event tickets are a revocable license allowing access to said exhibition (hereinafter called the “Event”). Lost, stolen or damaged tickets are not the responsibility of the Show Management or the Event and will not be replaced. Session tickets within the Event are limited and are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Tickets are FINAL SALE with a strict no refund policy. The Event is RAIN or SHINE.
Tickets will NOT be sent to your mailing address. A ticket will be provided electronically as an email. Tickets must be presented via printout or electronically in order to gain entry into the Event. All ticket sales are final, upon purchase. Tickets are subject to taxes and fees. Tickets are subject to an Event delay, postponement, date change or venue change at Show Management’s sole discretion. Buyer beware when buying a ticket. All ticket holders agree to abide by all rules and regulations established by the Show Management and the Event, and a violation of such rules and regulations can be cause for termination of the license granted herein, forfeiture of this ticket and the removal from the Event. This ticket cannot be used in a promotion or offered as a prize without permission from the Show Management. Resale of this ticket is not permitted. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket. Show Management reserves the right to revoke this ticket and cancel all privileges connected therein as well as to remove any individuals for including but not limited to intoxication, fighting and/or rudeness without a refund.
Pets are not allowed. All service dogs must be presented at the event entrance upon arrival with proper service dog documentation. Ticket holders hereby consent to the reasonable inspection of your person and property before entering the Event, which inspection may include, without limitation, metal detection. Management reserves the right to check all bags and coolers. There is no guarantee of no lines with the purchase of a ticket. No outside glassware or alcohol is allowed. Ticket price does not include the guarantee of an autograph. Tables and chairs are on a first come, first serve basis. There is no guarantee of a table or chair with the purchase of a ticket.
In the event of a data breach from this site or any site owned and operated by Show Management, purchaser agrees to hold Show Management harmless.
By utilizing this ticket or entering onto the grounds of the Event, ticket holders voluntarily assume all risk and danger incidental to the Event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including the risk of being injured by any food, drink, exhibit, tent, building (or chattels), Show Management, exhibitor in the Event, staff member of Show Management, subcontracted worker or by another ticket holder, or performer. As a ticket holder, you release The Show Management, its affiliates and subsidiaries, the Event, the facility and staff where the Event is being held, Event sponsors, vendors and volunteers, participating exhibitors and all agents thereof from any and all liabilities arising out of such cases. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other infectious diseases exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. By visiting the Event, Ticket holders voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and other infectious diseases. Ticket holder grants permission to Show Management to utilize their image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded television or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the Event. You agree not to transmit or facilitate transmission of any account, description, picture, or reproduction of the Event, without the specific advance written permission of the Show Management.
By purchasing your ticket and entering the exhibit area, you assume ALL RISK of personal injury and personal harm for you and any children that you may by acting as the guardian of at the event. Some of the exhibits at the event are dangerous and are not meant to be climbed on or touched in any way. In addition, if you participate in or on any inflatable feature at the event, including but not limited to the slides and bounce house, you assume all responsibility for your actions and the actions of the children you are a guardian of during the event. Show Management, Venue, and Sponsors assume no risk, nor liability, for harm or injuries.
